South African House music DJ and music producer Black Coffee just released his brand new single ‘Lalala’ in collaboration with acclaimed RnB artist Usher Raymond. The new song released by one of South Africa’s biggest music exports, made history as the first local artist to feature on the cover of Apple’s New Music Daily, an amazing feat!

Black Coffee Times Square edit

Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, Black Coffee was in New York and I can only imagine what it felt like when he saw himself on a massive billboard in Times Square. The humble DJ and music producer simply posted a very spiritual tweet paying respect to God for all the blessings he has received. Black Coffee openly mentioned two years ago he wanted to do a collaboration with Usher but was denied because Usher felt he wasn’t “African enough”.  Well,  it seems like that’s all in the past now!  This would not be the first time Black Coffee collaborates with a global superstar, working with the likes of Alicia Keys, Drake, David Guetta and more…
