If you heard the name Wu-Tang Clan, the first thing that should come to mind is legends, icons, and pioneers of hip-hop. The New York based group became one of the most powerful names in rap after the release of their debut album Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers), which blew everyone away with their tight flow, lyrics and music production. Showtime’s four part documentary series Wu-Tang Clan: Of Mics and Men directed by Sacha Jenkins, takes a look back at the groups career, combining intimate, reflective interviews from nine of the living members, accompanied by never before seen footage and performances. The groups musical genius allowed them to form probably the most recognizable music movement on the planet and leave behind a legacy that will be remembered for years to come.
